Part of the Miles&Smiles partnership since 2003, the Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts group has earned a respected place in the industry through its quality standards, award-winning service concept, and innovative hotel management approach. Swissôtel and Raffles Hotels operate under the umbrella of the Raffles International brand, which was established in 1989. Miles&Smiles members earn 500 Miles for every eligible stay in hotels connected to Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts.
Terms and conditions
- Miles cannot be earned from accommodations booked with special discounts (agency, company, airline, or other discounts) or accommodations booked by the hour.
- 500 Miles are awarded for each stay. Miles can only be earned once for an accommodation booked on consecutive days.
- If more than one member shares the same room, only one member can earn Miles from the stay.
- In order to earn Miles from an accommodation, the member must present their Miles&Smiles card during check-in.
- It can take a certain amount of time for Miles earned from hotel accommodation to show up in a member’s Miles&Smiles account.
- In the event of any problems, the member’s hotel receipt should be provided to the hotel where the member stayed.
