Accepting pets onto the aircraft

You can complete check-in for pets traveling with you at check-in counters. Ensure that your name, surname, address, telephone number, number of animals and the name of your pet or pets are all present on a label affixed to the cage or container. You must also ensure that you are carrying medical reports and inoculation records with ID details and any other necessary documentation. Carriage of pets is subject to additional baggage fees.
We do not allow pregnant animals or cats and dogs under 8 weeks old onto our flights.

Carrying pets in the cargo hold

If your pet's cage or container exceeds standard measurements or weight limits, or they cannot be carried in the flight cabin, they can be carried in specialized cages or containers within the cargo hold. To ensure that you pet enjoys a comfortable journey in these cages or containers, they must be of sufficient size, properly ventilated and watertight. Please also ensure that a label displaying your pet's information is affixed to the cage or container.

The pilot makes the final decision on whether or not pets can be transported in the cargo hold. Therefore, if our pilot informs us before the flight that ventilation conditions are insufficient, we will not allow your pet into the cargo hold.
